Responsibilities
You will be responsible for routine office tasks including answering phones, data entry, copying, faxing, scanning, and opening/closing the office.
You will handle intakes, scheduling appointments for psychiatrists and psychologists, verify client insurance eligibility, and obtain prior authorizations.
You will maintain accurate client information in electronic medical records, prepare and send letters, and support supervisors with various administrative tasks.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2 Years of related clerical and/or behavioral health experience
Solid customer service skills
Proficiency using a variety of office equipment and computer programs
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Effective, clear verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with all stakeholders
Ability to work both as a team player and independently
Ability to commute to Wyomissing, PA
Ability to relocate to Wyomissing, PA before starting work
Preferred
2 Years of related clerical and/or behavioral health experience
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
