Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing content strategies across digital, print, and social media platforms, in close partnership with the sales team, and Creative Manager ensuring a cohesive brand representation across all consumer touchpoints.
Maintain consistent product and packaging codes across core products, line extensions, seasonal campaigns and promotions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
Prioritizes and manages multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
An understanding of typography, layout, colors, and art direction to help produce the best work possible.
Assures quality of final product before release.
Other duties assigned by management.

Required
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in related field or equivalent
Four to six years related experience, or equivalent
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
Ability to conceptualize creative concepts
Ability to direct and recommend cost-effective creative solutions
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
