Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement end-to-end cloud-based machine learning production pipelines (data exploration, sampling, training data generation, feature engineering, model building, and performance evaluation).
Ensure that data pipelines are scalable, repeatable, and secure, and can serve multiple users within the company.
Develop highly scalable classifiers and tools leveraging machine learning, data regression, and rule-based models.
Adapt standard machine learning methods to best exploit modern parallel environments.
Perform exploratory data analysis to understand the problem at hand, and identify opportunities for new data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with the engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production. Generate actionable insights for business improvements.
Validate models using different techniques and ensure they are statistically sound.
Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.
Collaborate with data engineers and platform architects to implement robust production real-time and batch decisioning solutions.
Stay current with latest research and technology ideas; share knowledge by clearly articulating results and ideas to key decision-makers.

Required
Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a relevant role (data scientist, data analyst, machine learning engineer, etc.)
Solid experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Language Model (LLM).
Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.
Experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn).
Strong mathematical skills (e.g., statistics, algebra).
Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and intellectual curiosity.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to people from other fields.
Proven track record of leveraging large amounts of data to drive significant business impact.
Preferred
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
