Responsibilities

Develop a high-quality program management plan and breakdown into manageable pieces that can be delegated or individually owned

Execute against the plan and adapt to changes to ensure continuous delivery of business outcomes

Drive and continually improve the program operating rhythm

Identify risks and issues, and present recommended response plans to stakeholders

Assess progress to plan using data and provide insights

Communicate progress, trends, and insights to stakeholders

Build trust across teams and generate broad support for the program

Develop, execute, and measure the success of change management plans

Partner with leadership to create a culture where teams are recognized and encouraged during change

Define and implement program framework best practices, tools, and templates for continuous improvement

Identify areas for process improvements impacting program delivery

Participate in the improvement of the Program Management craft and coach and mentor others on project management fundamentals

Rapidly navigate new program areas, drive domain-specific discussions, and lead experts in active problem-solving

Fall in love with customers' problems, deliver unrivaled customer benefit, and ensure excellence in the experience

Be bold, fearless, and hold a high bar for performance while valuing speed, learning, and action

Required

Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 8+ years planning and leading medium-large sized programs or multiple smaller programs.

Demonstrated ability to influence at the VP level within a matrixed environment

Knowledge of SaaS technologies and demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams on complex technology programs with Agile and Scrum development methodologies, project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques

Strong acumen in software development approach, architecture, and lifecycle

Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs

Business or program management education or equivalent work experience
