Responsibilities

Market Research: Conducting market research to understand the needs, preferences, and trends in the target market. This includes researching competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and amenities that are attractive to potential tenants.

Social Media Management: Managing social media accounts to increase brand visibility and engagement. This includes creating content, scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies.

Content Creation: Creating compelling content such as blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics that highlight the benefits of renting office space from the company. Content should focus on addressing pain points of potential tenants and showcasing the unique features of the office spaces.

Event Planning: Assisting in the planning and execution of events such as open houses, networking events, and workshops to showcase the office spaces and attract potential tenants. This includes coordinating logistics, inviting attendees, and managing event promotion.

Tenant Relationship Management: Supporting efforts to maintain positive relationships with current tenants through regular communication, gathering feedback, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Partnership Development: Identifying and reaching out to potential partners such as local businesses, industry associations, and co-working spaces for collaboration opportunities that can enhance the company's marketing efforts and reach a wider audience.

Feedback Analysis: Analyzing feedback from tenants, leads, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation in marketing strategies.
