Responsibilities

Lead the execution of product initiatives from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with company objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Utilize data analysis, market research, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize features and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine the product strategy, considering market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Work closely with executive leadership, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the product roadmap.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the product management team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, roadmap planning, development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
Identify potential risks and challenges early in the product development process and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and iterate on features based on data-driven insights.
Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring that products meet and exceed customer expectations.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust product strategy accordingly.
Lead new product development, product enhancement initiatives, market expansion strategies, partnership and collaboration initiatives, platform integration projects, customer engagement and retention programs, data analytics and insights projects, regulatory compliance and security initiatives, product portfolio management, and innovation and R&D projects.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8-10 years of product management experience

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Expertise to own day-to-day organizational responsibilities.
