Responsibilities
Product Strategy Development
Formulate and communicate compelling product strategies and roadmaps.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
Product Lifecycle Management
Supervise the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
Work alongside engineering, UX/UI, and marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Cross-functional Team Leadership
Lead and orchestrate cross-functional teams to align with the product vision and objectives.
Foster effective communication and collaboration between different departments.
Customer Focus
Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback.
Integrate customer feedback into product development processes to ensure products meet market demands.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Utilize data and analytics for informed product decisions and performance measurement.
Define and monitor key product metrics to gauge success and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Stakeholder Management
Communicate proficiently with stakeholders at all levels, offering regular updates and expectation management.
Advocate for product needs and priorities to maintain alignment with business objectives.
Mentorship and Team Development
Provide mentorship to junior product managers and team members, promoting continuous learning and growth culture.

Required
4+ years of product management experience, preferably in startups and/or SaaS companies.
Thorough grasp of Marketing Technology and SMB customers.
Demonstrated success in managing various aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle.
Familiarity with offshore development teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep comprehension of Agile methodologies.
Ability to work in ET hours (9:30am - 5pm ET) and be based in the US with permanent work authorization.
