Required

Bachelor's (with 7+ years), Master's (with 4+ years) or Ph.D. in Cancer Biology, Cell Biology, Pharmacology, Immunology or related discipline and relevant years of experience
Experience supporting research projects, demonstrated by publications in academia or industry
Prior work with cell culture and cell-based assays, for example, drug treatment, measurement of cell viability, imaging, and quantification of cytokine production in multi-well plate settings
Experience designing and executing cell biology, molecular biology and biochemistry experiments, such as multi-parameter flow cytometry, cell line engineering (e.g., CRISPR, RNAi, target over-expression), western blotting, immunofluorescent staining, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, molecular cloning, etc.
Data analysis skills with a sound comprehension of statistical concepts (ex: analytic methods in GraphPad Prism and FlowJo)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and data-driven team player with integrity and a positive attitude

Preferred

Prior work with handling human tissues (e.g., PBMC) is a plus
