Responsibilities

Directly manage a team of three Analytics Managers and one Lead Analyst spanning Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Onboarding

Facilitate near term project planning and lead longer term strategic planning

Identify process inefficiencies and organizational bottlenecks to improve outcomes

Work with direct reports and cross-functional partners to prioritize and execute research and experimentation opportunities

Lead the business forecasting process and collaborate with leaders in Finance, Product, Marketing, and State Management

Improve analytical methodologies to increase business outcomes

Build relationships with leaders at the Director, VP, and C-Suite levels

Coach and mentor team members to increase talent density and foster professional development

Responsible for hiring, onboarding, and terminations
