Responsibilities

Architect and maintain high availability production systems in Public/Private Cloud environments.

Utilize Agile and DevOps concepts for secure infrastructure deployment in the cloud.

Define and provision infrastructure resources using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform Enterprise or Azure Resource Manager.

Design and implement APIs, and work with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Serverless.

Develop, test, and deploy cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform.

Ensure security controls for the public cloud, monitor tools and agents, and manage identity and access management (IAM).

Implement enterprise DNS, load balancing, firewall connectivity, and external interfaces.

Automate tasks through scripting with Azure Resource Manager, ARM Templates, Azure Policies, Python, and Terraform.

Expertise in using Terraform to develop, test, and deploy cloud infrastructure as code

Use infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform Enterprise, or Azure Resource Manager to define and provision infrastructure resources

Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C++)

Preferred

Proficiency with APIs management solutions like Azure APIM

Experience with cloud-based technologies and services including Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless, Cloud Messaging

Experience designing, and implementing APIs

Experience with secure infrastructure deployment in the cloud using Agile and DevOps concepts

Full infrastructure stack and lifecycle experience with enterprise DNS and load balancing, DMZ application behavior including firewall connectivity and external interfaces, Identity and Access management (IAM), domain controllers, security controls for the public cloud, monitoring tools and agents, OS images and hardening, distributed and parallel file systems including disk encryption, and software installation, configuration and patching

Experience in automation and scripting with hands-on experience with Azure Resource Manager, ARM Templates, Azure Policies, Python and Terraform

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

Software Skills Required (if applicable): at least one: Java (preferred), Python, Go, C++

Preferred Certifications: Azure, Terraform, AWS and/or GCP
