Responsibilities

Collaborate with the VP to understand their requirements and priorities.

Manage business needs related to hiring, including coordinating job descriptions and assisting recruiters.

Handle budget-related tasks for the team and address offsite requirements.

Connect with the team to assess their needs, bridge communication gaps between the team and the VP, and track project progress.

Work closely with the team’s Admin and Chief of Staff (CoS).

Required

Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.

5-7 years experience required.

Demonstrate initiative and drive.

Adapt quickly to new tools and systems.

Familiarity with Microsoft’s ecosystem.

Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.

Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.

Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus.
