Responsibilities

Help collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Help sustain existing custom-built SharePoint applications by investigating and debugging issues and making updates based on user feedback.

Help to provide accurate estimates on development effort and timelines for new features and functionality requirements.

Collaboratively work as part of an agile team with participation in regular, recurring Scrum events (e.g., Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).

Work with SharePoint sites, lists, columns, list views, list columns, document libraries, content types, and user permissions.

Participate in development review sessions by thoroughly testing applications and providing insightful feedback to your peers.

Adhere to product build and release schedules and strategies.

Participate in demoing application development progress while highlighting additional value to key stakeholders by evolving their existing processes.

Collaborate with other members of the development team and program team to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations.

Create comprehensive solution documentation, including technical and user guides, system diagrams, configuration details, and integration strategies.

Learn new technologies, build awareness of industry standards, best practices, and trends.

Develop and update project related process documents, artifacts, and training materials.

Track work using a ticketing/issue management system (i.e., Jira).

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR successful completion of a reputable web development bootcamp certification.

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a modern JavaScript Framework.
