Responsibilities
Research & Evaluation: Evaluate existing products for re-design based on customer feedback. Assess functions to determine enhancement opportunities.
Production Processing: Work with production processes to suggest improvements and ensure efficient production.
Customer Design: Develop project timelines, select materials, and technical data for product design.
Design: Create new or re-design existing product lines, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Testing: Coordinate product testing activities, build and test prototypes, and ensure quality standards are met.
Patent: Involved in patent applications for new or existing products.
Quality: Follow ISO guidelines for design and production, assist in correcting manufacturing issues.
Warranty Information: Communicate warranty information to plant personnel and coordinate warranty reduction efforts.
Other responsibilities as assigned or required.

Required
Must be US citizen or green card holder
2+ years of relevant experience required, 5 years preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ME and/or EE) or equivalent international degrees required
Ability to interface with staff at all levels in corresponding departments i.e. Procurement, Manufacturing, Shipping, Sales & Marketing, etc. as well as with customers
