Responsibilities

Participate and lead Impact Daily Management (IDM) to achieve commercial targets for the portfolio and partner with Engineering and Project Management.

Engage with sales channel leadership on key short term and long-term activities to achieve annual operating plan (AOP).

Own and manage strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and value proposition while supporting project teams.

Conduct voice of customer activities to identify business, customer, and user needs.

Analyze market trends, technology trends, competitive products developments, and other potential impact to the portfolio.

Drive customer satisfaction through continuous improvements to operational excellence.

Lead and influence cross-functional teams to execute product development, integration, and commercialization plans.

Lead lifecycle management of existing compressor platforms to support completes and aftermarket sales.

Required

Bachelor's degree (Technical, Scientific or Engineering) with related experience required. MBA desired.

7+ years of work experience and 2+ years of demonstrated experience working with customers/working with phase gate product execution is required. Experience within industrial B2B markets is desired.

Excellent Presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines and to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.

Strong Business Acumen – understanding of finance and business case development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in a sales capacity or with a sales channel is a plus
