Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall success of programs, ensuring flawless launch as the result of PPAP on time, SOP on time, and programs in budget.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional input/output, provide inter-departmental and inter-divisional coordination, and expedite when required through escalation.
Facilitate program issue resolution by driving root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Document and communicate initial program targets, identify Project Core Team members, interface with customers cross-functionally, and provide program status updates to senior management.
Own the RFQ and quoting process for special programs (NPI) and manage customer satisfaction and relationships on the project/program level.

Required
Bachelor or equivalent degree, preferred with a technical background (M.E., G.E or Q.E).
10 years plus experience in automotive/relevant industry 8+ years of program management and APQP experience.
Knowledge of TS-16949 Quality Planning using the APQP process, PM certification would be beneficial.
Microsoft Office software experience: MSWord, Excel, MSProject, PowerPoint
Structured and far-sighted thinking.
Capacity to work comprehensively with large volumes of data.
Preferred
Prefered technical experience that includes high volume stamping, molding and mechatronic product assembly.
Prefered 8D problem solving training or experience.
Prefered knowledge of typical automotive environmental and reliability requirements (typical example: GM 3172, LV214…)
