Responsibilities

Manage and execute end-to-end renewal processes for existing customers.
Qualify inbound leads, schedule demos, and follow up professionally with prospective customers.
Develop a deep understanding of SpecterOps products, services, and market trends.
Exceed renewal targets by upselling and expanding renewals for BloodHound Enterprise.
Negotiate renewals to handle objections and secure favorable outcomes.
Build and maintain customer relationships, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams.
Analyze customer usage and feedback to identify risks and opportunities.
Provide regular reports on renewal status, forecasts, and key metrics to management.
Maintain accurate records of all renewal activity in Salesforce.com.
Support sales and Customer Success in preventing churn and ensuring client goals are met.
Collaborate with the channel community to support renewals.

Required

2-5 years of SDR, Inside Sales, or Account Manager experience, with experience in a renewal-focused role with assigned quota. Experience selling SaaS services and/or cybersecurity experience preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Experience using Salesforce.com, Totango, Clearbit, or other similar tools.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and retention targets.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Salesforce.com experience is a plus.
Must be independent, self-motivated, and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Grit – positive, can-do attitude, and personal resilience to manage through change in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to embody our core values of passionate curiosity, consistent improvement, empathy, sustainability, humility, and empowerment through transparency.
Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.

Preferred

Experience selling SaaS services and/or cybersecurity experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
