Responsibilities

Provide primary advice & assistance to Warfighter/Scientist information exchange events

Manage Tasker responses (via EIS/TMT/ETMS2) and may coordinate Department level responses requiring input from multiple Divisions

Provide support to the Division Chief for staff meetings and other internal Division activities

Provide meeting scheduling and facilitation for Department level meetings

Provide CWMD advice on tactics, requirements, and utility of emerging technology

Establish and maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders in the defense community

Coordinate and consolidate complex, technical, programmatic, and strategic responses to support division and department initiatives to a variety of internal and external audiences

Create briefings and products for both technical and senior leader audiences

Required

B.S. or M. S. Degree, in Science/Business/Accounting/Financial Management related field, and/or 5+ years experience in CWMD practice, from execution to managing projects and financials

Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent communication and time management skills

High-level proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to quickly learn to use new IT systems and software

Active/current Secret clearance is required

Preferred

Minimum of 10 years' experience with a BS, or 5 years with a MS, and experience in:

DoD Financial Systems with experience in research and development planning

Managing and reporting on multiple RDT&E projects

Understanding of tactical through strategic CWMD considerations

Knowledge of Joint Chemical Biological Defense Program systems (e.g., Defense Agencies Initiatives (DAI), Joint Integrated CBRN Analytic Platform (JICAP), and General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)

Knowledge of the DoD RDT&E policies

JCIDS experience
