Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor Salesforce solutions accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Stay updated on Salesforce updates, trends, and industry best practices.
Take the lead in engaging with strategic partners, collaborate with Salesforce industry experts to host strategic on-site sessions, identifying opportunities for GTM partnerships that foster strong and enduring relationships.
Engage in negotiations and oversee the execution of partnership agreements aimed at fostering mutual benefit and advancing the Visionet’s strategic vision.
Promote Visionet’s thought leadership through digital marketing; manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy and planning.
Lead and support all phases of the business development cycle. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our Salesforce offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and implementation teams, to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Foster client engagements to build lasting relationships and drive additional business for the Salesforce Practice.

Required

Minimum 8 - 10+ years of successful business development experience including the Salesforce ecosystem and focus on Enterprise accounts with a verifiable track record of exceeding expectations.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and its various products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
