Responsibilities

Manage the triage process for tickets between 2 engineering teams specializing in build SKUs.

Run daily triage meetings, compile lists of tickets needing attention, and coordinate between teams.

Identify requirements and ensure necessary actions are taken to move tickets forward efficiently.

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience with cloud engineering background.

Minimum 2 years of experience with ticketing systems (preferably ADO) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.

Minimum 2 years of experience with Engineering Change Management or program management for engineering teams.

An engineering degree is highly preferred.
