Responsibilities

Own and execute the High Growth Vertical Markets Pipeline, focused on helping stakeholders minimize the time required to turn data into insights

Understand business strategy and stakeholder requirements in order to determine best solution to meet its needs

Lead development and deployment of best-in-class analytics solutions to enable simplified self-service capabilities by sales and functional leadership.

Share solutions and critical thinking techniques within organization to enhance knowledge and ability across Enterprise

Own and develop data structures required to combine multiple data sets to allow for multi-faceted data exploration and performance dashboards.

Create, improve, and maintain Tableau dashboards around Vertical Markets using leading and lagging indicators from Financial and Operations metrics

Manage deployment of analytics solutions through standard work development, training sessions, and on-going support for business teams.

Partner with Commercial Sales teams, Finance, IT and broader organization to develop and launch innovative solutions.

Operate in an agile fashion to deliver regular “demos” to our stakeholders

Drive and document analytics standards and best practices

Develop and present complex, customized presentations of findings to senior leadership and field offices.

Required

Undergraduate Degree in business or related field (Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Statistics / Finance / Economics / etc.), or equivalent experience

Demonstrated ability to evaluate solutions from the customer’s viewpoint

3+ years of experience developing Analytics solutions

Experience building visualizations using Tableau

Proficiency with Alteryx and/or Python highly desired or willingness to learn

Experience leveraging cloud infrastructure

Strong analytic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making

Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that research and analysis objectives are met and that they align with implementation action plans

Ability to wrangle and mine data to provide customer insights

Ability to create meaningful and easily interpretable data visualizations

Demonstrated ability to apply the right tool to the problem at hand, with consideration given to future enhancements and alternative audiences

Willingness to learn new tools and techniques to grow into Advanced Analytics space

Strong written and verbal communication skills
