Responsibilities

Provide software development support and expertise for the operational excellence of Programs in NIPRNet and SIPRNet hosted environments.

Administer, maintain, develop, and implement policies and procedures for database administration.

Evaluate and analyze functional business requirements, workflow, and processes to apply business process improvement practices.

Develop functional specifications and logical and physical database designs.

Plan and budget staff and data resources to support application developers.

Prepare and deliver presentations on database management system concepts and tradeoffs.

Ensure proposed object definitions are clear, concise, technically correct, and consistent with data and process models.
