Responsibilities

Conduct gap analyses and capture input from key stakeholders for various Risk initiatives.
Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvements.
Assist in creating documentation, workflows, and self-service materials.
Raise inconsistencies and participate in problem resolution.
Review information to ensure processes achieve desired results.
Become knowledgeable of department systems for surveillance and supervision.
Perform program maintenance and monitoring functions.
Ensure existing tools and processes remain updated and efficient.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, Financial Management, or similar relevant field.
7+ years of experience working as a Project Manager and/or Business or Process Analyst.
Expert knowledge of program and project plan development and management, scheduling methodology, waterfall and iterative methodologies, program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting.
Advanced knowledge of change management and business unit functions and how business units relate to each other.
Advanced knowledge of relevant technology, standards, methodologies and audit requirements.
Foundational knowledge of the brokerage industry and regulatory landscape.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to use independent judgment while recognizing when to escalate issues.
Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership skills and proven ability to effectively influence others.
Goal-oriented, critical thinker with creative problem-solving skills.
Great analytical skills.
Ability to utilize a data-driven approach to support change management.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing mid-size projects in a complex organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data visualization tools.
