Utilize strong interpersonal skills and social media for direct marketing to connect with potential Investor-Purchasers.

Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and ethics during presentations.

Wear professional business attire during work hours and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products is required.

Represent SCDC and our brand with the highest degree of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.

Must wear professional business attire during agreed upon work hours.

Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledgeable and proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred but relevant experience accepted in lieu of education.
