Responsibilities

Designing and creating custom millwork products, including cabinets, countertops, and other woodwork items.
Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and translating these into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Managing the entire production process, from initial design to final installation, ensuring that all products meet high-quality standards and client specifications.
Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the production process and finding creative solutions to these problems.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the millwork industry, and incorporating these into designs where appropriate.
Working closely with other team members, including carpenters, designers, and project managers, to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Required

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the millwork industry, with a strong focus on woodwork, casework, cabinets, custom casework, and countertops.
A deep understanding of millwork design principles and techniques.
Exceptional technical skills, with the ability to use a range of tools and equipment to create high-quality millwork products.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred

A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or industrial design, is preferred but not essential.
