Responsibilities

Manages the creation and production of all external publications for all products (Commercial, Government Programs) including Enrollment Materials, Corporate Capabilities Materials, Brochures, Direct Mail, Newsletters, Provider Directories, Corporate Presentations, and Web Site with a focus on graphic design, copywriting, and print production.

Directs and manages the creation, production, collation, and distribution of all presale enrollment materials.

Manages the development of Broker Communication Programs including Broker Kits, Newsletters, Brochures, Mailings, and Web Site to ensure effective communication, education, and awareness of products and services.

Directs the development and implementation of marketing communications programs including print, radio, outdoor, and direct mail activities aimed at brokers, employers, and employees.

Recruits, hires, trains, and manages those engaged in copywriting, graphic design, and print production.
