Responsibilities

Templatizing tour materials (for example refreshing/changing dates, guest artists, announces, etc)

Resizing existing materials for specific markets/needs

Preparing materials for print

Organizing still/video files for distribution to clients/partners/reps

Sourcing stock footage, images and fonts from media libraries as needed

Assist onsite at Emo Nite events where needed

Assist with other duties as assigned

Required

Knowledge and interest in music industry, emo music, and Emo Nite’s brand preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments and functions

Strong time management skills

Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software

Proficient in Creative Cloud (strong in Photoshop and Illustrator)

Preferred

Knowledge about current design trends, fonts, color palettes, and layouts preferred
