Responsibilities
Provides administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to help maintain an efficient office environment.
Prepares customers invoices for billing and collects pre-paid payments.
Coordinates and schedules daily logistics pickups for shipping department.
Responds to customers inquiries through the website, social media accounts, emails, and phone calls.
Assists with content creation and maintaining growth and engagement on various social media platforms.
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letter, and forms to customers and employees.
Assists with website maintenance and design of ACI’s various websites.
Helps provide general support to visitors.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Performs all other duties and tasks as assigned.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
Previous admin/assistance experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations
