Responsibilities

You will help us Implement and monitor A/B tests and multivariate experiments using Adobe Test & Target to improve conversion rates

Collaborate with us and UX designers, product managers, and senior engineers to develop and test new features

You will work with us to analyze user behavior data using Adobe Analytics to identify conversion barriers and opportunities for improvement

You will be responsible to optimize landing pages, user flows, and other elements using React to enhance user experience and engagement

You will help us assist in deploying and maintaining new features and improvements using LaunchDarkly

You will Integrate and manage content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Contentful

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

4 or more years of experience in web development, with a focus on conversion optimization

Proficient in React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with Adobe Test & Target, Launch Darkly, and Adobe Analytics

Familiarity with AEM and Contentful for content management

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work with a team in an Agile environment

Ability to guide junior engineers and interns

Comfortable with testing assumptions and embracing innovation
