Responsibilities

Design and implement services in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

Build maintainable, cost-effective, and responsive UI solutions.

Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to enhance applications.

Ensure reliability of applications by monitoring and scaling services.

Develop and maintain high-performance business applications.

Analyze and optimize UI and Backend Application code.

Mentor Junior engineers.

Required

At least 6+ years of professional experience building high-performance, reliable systems in a complex, multi-tiered, distributed environment.

Proven track record of writing maintainable code, including unit tests, readable code, and sound implementations of design patterns.

Successful deployment of production code at scale.

Expertise in Javascript / Typescript Languages

Expertise in V8 Runtimes

Expertise in React / Redux

Familiarity with GraphQL / ElasticSearch

Familiarity with Javascript Heap / Call Stack

Familiarity with Javascript transpilers like Webpack / Vite

Familiarity with mono repo tooling like Lerna/Nx

Familiarity with testing with Cypress

Written Babel / Webpack / Rollup Plugins

Strong debugging skills / Javascript Performance in Node/Chrome

Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes for deployment

Familiarity with Kibana / Grafana for logging, and monitoring

Curious / Continuous Learner

Can do / Never give up attitude

Preferred

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or solid knowledge of CS fundamentals (OOP, design patterns, algorithms, etc.)

Master’s in Software Engineering, preferably with a focus on Programming Languages.

Experience and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desire to work on the next generation of Artificial Intelligence applications.

Self-taught is okay; we value knowledge and passion.
