Responsibilities
Manage, track, and control service agreements, renew existing agreements, and develop new ones.
Process all work orders, review for errors, and file completed work orders.
Generate equipment parts list reports for inventory.
Process preventive maintenance task sheets, create work orders for corrective action, and update scheduling spreadsheet.
Assist contractors, train on procedures, and ensure compliance with cGMP.
Perform data entry in CMMS, track equipment histories, and run reports.
Create or revise operational SOPs and forms.
Manage projects, write change controls, and monitor contractor work.
Assign equipment numbers, create parts lists, and maintain location information.
Serve as the Training Representative, fulfill action items, and distribute logbooks.
Participate in training programs, audits, and create emergency response lists.
Provide training to facilities personnel and supervise in-house projects.
Prioritize and assign maintenance tasks, review paperwork for compliance, and assess PM schedules.
Generate purchase order requisitions, expedite finance inquiries, and maintain security systems.
Report activities, concerns, and assist in establishing training programs.
Coordinate shutdowns for maintenance, provide input on employee reviews, and maintain department metrics.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or related field
Experience with preventive maintenance scheduling and corrective maintenance tasks
Knowledge of cGMP and/or ISO standards
Experience managing service agreements and work orders
Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contractors
Experience in creating and revising SOPs and forms
Ability to manage projects and monitor contractor work
Experience in data entry and report generation
Knowledge of Change Controls and CAPA Reports
Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Certification in Facilities Management or related field
Experience in training and supervising facilities personnel
Experience in creating department metrics and presentations
Experience in coordinating maintenance activities during scheduled outages
Experience in creating equipment parts list reports
Experience with Aston Carter or similar corporate talent solutions
Experience working with Fortune 500 companies
