Responsibilities

Apply knowledge of SQL, Python, or R, or any other major ML programming language

Understand business requirements and problems to find analytical solutions

Assess opportunities for optimization, simplification, and acceleration of processes

Articulate decision-making rationale, solutions, methodologies, and frameworks clearly

Partner with cross-functional teams to increase adoption of team insights

Create feedback loop with marketing teams to inform future campaign planning and spend optimization

Select analytically valid approaches favoring iterative delivery to tackle objectives

Required

Bachelor's or Master's or PhD degree in Mathematics, Science, Statistics or related Technical field; or equivalent related professional experience in a role focused on analytics or data science (e.g. driving significant and sustained change and performance improvement from data-driven insights)

Strong SQL skills, proficiency and experience in coding with R or Python

Good knowledge of statistical modelling techniques (previous experience in predictive analytics is a strong plus)

Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and can-do attitude

Ability to communicate sophisticated concepts concisely and clearly

Display strong domain knowledge, business acumen and critical reasoning skills
