Responsibilities
Answer phones and respond to emails promptly and professionally to assist residents, guests, and contractors.
Relay clear messages to the GM and Facilities Manager.
Enter and process work orders promptly.
Process billing for completed work orders every week.
Deposit checks received from residents.
Enter bills into the system and prepare checks for payment.
Enter monthly utilities for resident billing.
Assist with weekly payroll processing.
Provide administrative support to the General Manager.
Maintain organized files and records.
Assist with other office tasks as needed.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred
Prior experience in property management or a similar role
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
