Responsibilities
Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning
Own business line P&L and present on business line performance against budget each period
Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to Business Line Leadership and Executive Leadership Team for decision-making
Contribute to the annual budgeting process by collaborating with corporate department heads to help establish and track progress on individual budgets.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial targets are met on individual projects
Consult project managers across the business on best practices for pricing/contracts
Special projects, as needed.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business from an accredited university
5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (Experience in the Civil Engineering Industry, a plus)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with GAAP accounting, ASC 606, a plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-Motivated
Ability to influence different internal/external customers
Preferred
Experience with Deltek and PowerBI
