Responsibilities

Coordinate Visitor check in, Coordinate incoming and outgoing packages.

Assist with Admin/Clerical duties i.e., Filing, Sorting, Copying, phone and Inter office Correspondence to include mail distribution.

Assist with Food Truck scheduling.

On a Non-frequent basis, the Candidate will assist the GM Coordinator with Employee phone inventory, Employee uniform requests/inventory, Employee Badge orders, and New employee Orientation (taking photos of new employees for badge orders).
