Responsibilities
Act as a product evangelist and an in-house EV expert with complete ownership of RE’s EV product channel.
Work closely with teams like EV regional/central, Product Strategy, Product Development, Brand Managers, Operations, Marketing and Commercial stakeholders.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth.
Develop brand activations, channel partnerships, and oversee brand initiatives.
Create and execute an annual brand plan for Royal Enfield EV offerings to build brand awareness & aspiration.
Strategize, plan, and lead the execution of brand portfolio strategy and develop relevant campaigns.
Liaison with content & digital team to develop and disseminate communication for various initiatives.
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
Engage customers and highlight the benefits of using electric vehicle solutions over traditional options.
Implement new systems or processes related to the management of EV Sales.

Degree Educated
5+ years relevant experience including at least 3+ years in the sales field of an automobile/motorcycle industry
5+ years' experience with regional sales area of an automobile/motorcycle industry
Fluent in English and French language
