Responsibilities

Recommend projects and programs, prioritize and optimize their impact resulting from legislative changes, executive decisions, and programmatic risks.
Coordinate with USCP project managers and subject matter experts for overall planning, coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring of various key projects.
Plan and carry out largely undefined project management initiatives and activities that require interpreting and determining the impact of new or revised legislation.
Develop customized reporting processes and ensure senior leader dashboards, highlights, reports provide transparency, accuracy, and pertinent information for Executive level decision.
Obtain funding commitments and ensure timely obligation of funds to achieve objectives and develop IMS capability across the organization.

Required

Must be U.S. Citizen or U.S. National
Specialized Experience For This Position Includes Experience: Utilizing program or project management software such as Microsoft Project; AND Coordinating and collaborating multiple programs or projects involving multiple internal and external organizations; AND Presenting and interacting with senior level management.
One year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service.

A background investigation will be required for all new hires.
Appointment will be subject to the applicant's successful completion of a background investigation and favorable adjudication.
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.
