Responsibilities

Shipping new features for the App Store analytics platform.

Delivering complex projects under demanding timelines.

Involvement in requirements analysis, design discussions, testing, privacy reviews, etc.

Driving complex, cross-functional projects through facilitation and planning.

Planning and maintaining cross-functional schedules, milestones, and work breakdowns.

Strategizing in ambiguous situations and gaining alignment from stakeholders.

Engaging, influencing, and empowering stakeholders on critical decisions.

Mitigating potential risks and distilling complex information for various audiences.

Thriving in mastering new tools or applications through self-study.

Required

5+ years of proven technical program management experience in software development. Experience with Analytics or big data engineering is a bonus.

Ability to handle multiple simultaneous technical projects and partner with the community comprising of various engineering teams and their partners.

Ability to partner with multiple product and business stakeholders to prioritize and align on the roadmap.

Deep understanding of data segmentation for marketing.

Translate high-level business objectives into actionable programs with well-defined KPIs milestones and success criteria.

Strong facilitation skills to successfully drive a complex, cross-functional projects.

Ability to plan and maintain the cross-functional schedule for the program, establishing milestones, achievements, and work breakdowns.

Keen understanding of the stages of change management with the ability to plan for and navigate through large-scale changes.

Comfortable in ambiguous situations to strategize the best path forward based on known information and gain alignment from key stakeholders.

Effective planning, prioritization, and trade-off discussions to address conflicting priorities.

Proactively engage influence and empower stakeholders on critical decisions with timely data and meaningful analysis throughout the project lifecycle.

Ability to identify and understand the impact of potential risks and take the initiative to mitigate it.

Highly effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information to be easily digestible for a variety of audiences.

Has a “can-do” attitude in all situations no task is too big or too small to handle.

Strong technical aptitude and curiosity and thrives in mastering new tools or applications through self-study.

Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and it's execution using both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.

Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering majors or relevant experience preferred
