Responsibilities

Working with both Excel and PowerBI to analyze Customer master data and linkages to improve quality of the 360 degree view of the Customer.

Using Microsoft Dynamics CRM tools to implement updates to all Customer Master Data and Linkages.

Work with Business Teams to gain alignment on Customer Changes that require business input before we move forward. An example would be the establishment of a Corporate Account Code because we find to related National Accounts that role up to a Corporation but we don't have that linkage built within our Master Data.
