Responsibilities

Schedules patients in Schapptbook (Cerner) and correctly schedules rooms and certified fitters.

Acts as a liaison between patient and physician to obtain accurate Rx information.

Performs billing registration functions and financial assistance screenings.

Conducts sales and cash register transactions and opening and closing functions.

Creates daily chart packs and handles multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service.

Medical terminology

One (1) year previous medical related clerical or related experience or an associate's degree

Good communication skills

CPR certification may be required by department; see requisition for requirement

Preferred
