Responsibilities
Engineers will be using ServiceNOW to manage their ticket queue.
Support internal Cox Auto employees.
Handle AWS Support Tickets.
Manage account creation/suspension.
Create/edit IAM/LTK for certain AWS services.
Manage VPC creation/deletion and adding subnets.
Setup VPC Peering.
Perform other miscellaneous tasks.
