UX Designer Intern

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business requirements, and project goals.
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.
Assist in the development and maintenance of design systems and documentation.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Required
Pursuing a MS degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects and process.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex design problems.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and typography.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Preferred
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Knowledge of UX design best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
