Implement standard project management industry practices and understand the PMI framework.
Establish a project organization and methodology.
Coordinate activities across multiple projects and communicate with program customers and IT teams.
Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and third-party vendors.
Identify dependencies between projects and develop risk mitigation plans.
Create project timelines, tracking documents, and other related artifacts.
Comprehend and communicate complex technical designs and business processes.
Make presentations to leadership and oversight entities.

Required
8 years of project Management Experience for large-scale complex projects
8 years of State of Texas or Similar Federal/State Project Management Experience
Preferred
5 years of State of Texas Project Delivery Framework Experience preferred
1 year of Knowledge of State of Texas QAT process for major Information Resources project (MIRP) preferred
1 year of PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred
