Responsibilities

Coordinate with System Administrators and Infrastructure Teams to Install Applications/Software

Work with onsite and offshore teams for system alerts, monitoring, etc.

Setup environment and manage release as per Block point requirement

Handle disaster recovery procedures

Administer passwords and permissions

Create long-range disaster recovery plans

Collect customer feedback through surveys

Monitor system performance and ensure secure services with minimum downtime

Maintain documentation and standards

Analyze and tune system performance, implement best practices

Provide L2/L3 ticket support

Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SLA

Collaborate with other application SMEs for troubleshooting

Support Major incident management

Provide on-call support
