Responsibilities

Continuously improve product quality and manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production batches of coatings and sealants, and conduct root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

Provide training on manufacturing related topics, communicate with internal and external customers, and support new product qualifications and multiple projects

Apply continuous improvement methodologies, manage customer complaints, and monitor quality performance data

Conduct internal audits, support team goals, and participate in special projects

Be a point of contact for addressing and resolving complex quality concerns

Oversee the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments and improvements

Be the subject matter expert in training methodologies and quality management systems

Offer guidance to managers and supervisors in addressing training needs and resolving quality issues.

Required

Two (2) years of experience in Quality and familiarity with coatings and/or manufacturing required

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required

Aerospace experience strongly preferred

Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate in English

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
