Responsibilities

Interpret customer requirements from engineering drawings, sketches, and written/verbal descriptions.

Design, arrange, verify, and price laser cut parts for the sales team using Sigma nest.

Create and edit Assemblies in SigmaNEST effectively.

Understand customer needs from drawings, sketches, and descriptions.

Check customer credit limits and work with Accounts or directors if there is an issue.

Maintain and file all paperwork according to quality standards.

Enter book material into the company's stock management system using Sigma MRP.

Accurately attach test certificates to the company's MRP/ERP computer system.

Assist the management team in delivering training for the Sigmatek MRP system.

Assist with the transport process to ensure on-time deliveries.

Follow Quality procedures as laid down in the Management Manual.
