Responsibilities

Ability to gain cooperation working with all levels.

Technically advise as required from drawings.

Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Ability to implement preventive measures.

Conduct root cause analysis.

Investigate and document NCRs in line with company requirements.

8D Reports.

Ensure maintained compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Ability to manage customer specific projects.

Conduct quality inspections internally and externally, if required.

ISIR/PPAP/FAIR reports.

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.

Responsibilities as outlined in H&S Policy.

Conduct internal audits in line with the internal audit schedule.

Conduct external audits at supplier premises.

Conduct gravimetric and particulate cleanliness testing.

Understanding of production processes.

Use SAP investigations to support QA Activities.

Tube Manipulation and hose assembly knowledge for technical investigations.

Generating orders for replacements.

Raising credits for non-conforming parts.

Arranging transport for collection of non-conforming parts.

Organisation of returns of product.
