Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute civil engineering project designs.

Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and analysis modules to create detailed project plans, drawings, and models.

Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility and gather data.

Prepare engineering reports, specifications, and cost estimates.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.

Foster strong client relationships and communicate project progress effectively.

Identify and implement innovative engineering solutions to overcome project challenges.

Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

Ensure the highest standards of safety and quality in project execution.

Travel to other offices/meet with clients/attend project-specific meetings.
