Responsibilities

Creates, reviews, and distributes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information accuracy. Provides data critical to operational strategy.

Analyzes, interprets, and communicates market, financial, and business trends. Provides recommendations to support positive performance. Identifies risks & opportunities.

Assists in preparations for budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting. Prepares reconciliations, issues payments, and tracks accounts receivable.

Completes financial modeling, market research, and cost accounting. Performs month-end tasks, ad hoc reporting, and journal entries.

Coordinates with team members to review financial information and forecasts. Supports business initiatives through data review, process improvements, and user acceptance testing.

Required

B.S Degree in related field (Finance or Accounting) or equivalent

3+ years of Financial Analysis/Accounting or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role

Working knowledge of accounting/finance best practices

Required to pass a credit check

Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite

Firm analytical and organization skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities

Detail oriented

Preferred

2 plus years of experience in healthcare field

Experience in Adaptive Planning and/or NetSuite

Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services
