Responsibilities

Serve as the liaison between the Bureau of Career and Technical Education (BCTE), internal and external IT staff responsible for system development and maintenance of the electronic approval system used by schools to gain access to state and federal CTE funds.

Collaborate with the Office of Administration, General Delivery Center to develop and implement business processes, assist subject matter experts with implementation of business processes, review technical specifications, develop test scenarios, perform system testing, and participate in troubleshooting.

Make technology-based decisions and recommendations, provide technology leadership to individuals in BCTE, Data Services, and LEA’s who work with the CATSV2 system and the FRCPP (Future Ready Comprehensive Planning) CATS (Career and Technical Education Information System) portal.
