Responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree/Undergraduate Degree. PMP certificate a plus
5+ years dedicated Project Management experience
Global project experience preferred
Pharma industry experience, preferable in Pharmaceutical manufacturing . Healthcare industry experience is not a fit. Consumer Goods manufacturing experience will also be considered.
Understanding of relevant quality standards related to pharmaceutical supply chain: validation, equipment qualification, process validation, formulation, filling and packaging.
Expertise in MS Project or Primavera, Excel and Word
Experience in managing and remediating project budgets
Experience in executing multiple projects at all phases of the project life cycle
Strong relational leader who has the ability to establish working relationships with project team members, key customers and stakeholders
Ability to manage projects with challenging timelines
Experience reviewing and updating portfolios, coordinating activities, capturing key data and holding monthly reviews with leadership
Pro-active: the ability to be self-directed in a large organization
Develop, review, track and provide input on deliverables and recommendation on project and coordinate schedule of activities to meet milestones
Lead or co-lead project meetings on behalf of the project leader when necessary
Excellent communication skills
